Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
48hr notice is required for all reservation cancellations/rescheduling or appointment changes including service add-on/removal. All cancellations and appointment rescheduling MUST be done via phone call to 860-757-3580. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. All guests to Envy Hair Salon & Spa are required to leave a valid Credit Card at the time of booking.
Cancellations under 48 hrs up-to the day of the appointment will be charged 25% of the total missed service price.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price of the missed service.
No-Call No-Show appointments will be charged 75% of the total price of the missed service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accomodate you. In this case, you may be subject to overall reschedule with a fee due to high demand.
In the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or late arrival, we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Deposits may be required. Any promotions/ discounts are void with any policy violation. All transactions, charges, and deposits are non-refundable.
If you feel there have been any issues or undesired results following a service, you must give the salon a call within 7 days of the service for any potential complimentary or discounted corrections.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. In order to make another appointment due to a cancellation or no show appointment, a 50-100% deposit may be required. Guests with an extensive violation history will not be allowed online or in-advance booking. Guests with excessive no-show history will be asked to put a 100% deposit down on their services or no longer return to our salon. All transactions, charges, and deposits are non-refundable.
