Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value our client’s experience with our salon above all else. For that reason, please understand how canceling appointments without proper notice affects both our stylists and clientele. Not showing up for your scheduled appointment or failing to cancel in a timely manner results in our professionals losing the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients waiting for appointments losing the opportunity to obtain services. Out of respect for both our stylists and clients, the following policies will be strictly enforced:
- Appointments may be cancelled or modified without charge anytime 48 hours before the start time of confirmed appointment.
- Late Cancellations, 24 hour’s notice or less, will result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s), including applicable tax.
- Failure to cancel or show up for a confirmed appointment is considered a no-show and will result in a charge of the full price (100%) of scheduled service(s).
- Appointments booked within 24 hours, or same day, are subject to the cancellation policy.
- As a courtesy, confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both text message and email, to the contact information that was provided in your client profile. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages will be assumed as automatic confirmation of appointment, and therefore subject to the cancellation policy.
- If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to ensure proper paperwork is completed before your appointment begins.
- Arriving late to appointment may result in forfaiting services, dependent upon time restrictions, any forfeited services will be considered a no show and charged 100% of service total.
- Appointments must be canceled through Guest Services by calling the salon directly and speaking with a receptionist or leaving a voicemail if it is outside our operating hours. Any text messages or messages via social media to our salon or stylists themselves is prohibited and will not be considered a valid cancellation, resulting in appropriate cancellation fees.
- Clients who book multiple services, but opt out of certain ones, will still be responsible for payment of all originally booked services.
